What is Charter Management software?

Charter Management streamlines all the tasks of managing charter bookings, bringing the everyday tools you need into one platform.

Do I need to download / install Ankor Software on my computer?

No, Ankor Software is fully cloud based, meaning you never need to install or update any software on your PC. Sign-in securely from anywhere and on any device. All you need is an internet connection.

How secure is my businesses information?

Ankor Software takes security and privacy extremely seriously, see our teams and privacy notice for more details. Our software is developed and hosted on Microsoft Azure meaning we benefit from the highest security standards on offer.

Can I use Ankor Software as a Central Agent, to list and manage my yachts?

Ankor is a tool for Retail Charter Agents, however we do work with Central Agents to ensure that yacht information is accurate and up to date as possible, such that Retail Agents have access to the most accurate specs for issuing proposals and bookings.

What Charter Contracts does Ankor Software support?

Ankor supports all industry standard charter contracts.

Why am I required to accept the Terms of Use?

To ensure our high standards of privacy, security all Ankor users must review and accept our Terms of Use.

How will I pay for my subscription(s)?

Your annual subscription fee is charged monthly to your Credit Card via our secure payment gateway. You can update your credit card information at any time in Account Settings.

If you are unable to pay via credit card we can invoice you, however this requires upfront payment for each annual subscription / user. Please contact our sales team ([email protected]) if required.
